Edward Corpus Reyes and the upsurge of a project leader: Edward Corpus Reyes is responsible for supporting global strategies and driving opportunity identification leading to impactful operational efficiencies and continuous improvement. He provides global governance on programs and productivity management against global product targets.

Shared services need four to five years to implement. The transition to shared services occurs in phases: change management, building shared services infrastructure, implementation, and optimization. Gradual transfer of functions reassures non-client units that SSCs function effectively and encourages new clients to participate in shared services initiatives. Edward Corpus Reyes is a lead program management and reengineering initiatives for the Human Resources Shared Services globally in close partnership with global and regional stakeholders.

A program manager creates a program’s strategy and objectives and assesses how it will impact a business. He or she must define and oversee a list of dependent projects needed to reach the program’s overall goals. Think of a program manager as an architect who sketches a blueprint. While architects don’t install plumbing or drywall, they make sure all these pieces come together to create a beautiful home. The program manager’s role extends beyond the completion of individual projects to the long term realization of the whole program.

How is to drive operational efficiencies through application of LEAN methods, standardization and Smart Automation (Robotics, etc.) resulting to productivity saves of almost 2M USD year on year ? We can ask Edward Corpus Reyes about how is to provide thought leadership and engage with senior stakeholders across the wider organization. Partnered with Global and Regional counterparts on strategy and delivery of projects in the region.

While program managers and project managers share similar responsibilities, there are key differences between the two positions. The same thing goes for program management vs. project management. So whether you’re considering either as a future career or are looking to understand how these two camps might work better together, it’s important to know how they relate to each other.

Edward Corpus Reyes led program structure across the team and application of PMO methodologies in project execution. He promoted continuous improvement culture via different programs including but not limited to LEAN trainings and certifications, Bright Ideas and Innovation Cafe sessions. He delivered on regional initiatives for Recruiting & Onboarding, Payroll and cross function projects leading to centralization, standardization and streamlining of processes. He represented regional projects team in Manila Leadership by engaging with colleagues on leadership meetings and critical issues in the Citi Service Centers.

But Edward Corpus Reyes is not only an excellent professional, he is also an active social person, dedicated to the community, open, he likes to donate to charity and also to coach & mentor aspiring students or junior employees.

The climb of a journalist : Mabelle Prior: Mabelle Prior is the president and founder of Association Swiss Most Beautiful which has thirty executive members. ASMB organize an annual Miss Swiss Most Beautiful pageant which was established in 2014. The event aim at promoting diversity in women’s Beauty.

Mabelle Prior worked as reporter at Volta Regional Branch of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (1996 – 2000). She relocated to Switzerland where she continued this activity in Swiss for a while before getting engaged in syndical activities and became the first young black lady in the Federatif Committee of migration and the first young black lady in the Federatif Committee of Women. Also worked on BIEL International Fashion projects- which serves as a platform for promoting multicultural inter-nationality within and around Biel and the entire Switzerland Mabelle is presently the editorial director of Swiss Glamour Celebrities magazine.

Mabelle Prior says as a social-cultural critique (a.k.a. agent provocateur), she had to put her strong opinions in a handbook that documents some of her thoughts about the idiosyncrasies of Africans. The lives and lies we live. The vagaries of their unique poverty that stretches into billions of dollars. Their worn habits dying for an updated version. She mirrors their fears. She dissects their hypocrisies. She pokes at their beliefs that care for them so much they rid them of every possibility to be exceptional.

We asked Mabelle Prior a few questions, like How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey? I applied for the job when there was a vacancy, and I was selected. So I started working at the Volta Regional branch of Ghana Broadcasting Corporation – GBC Volta Star Radio in the early 90ies. I later left for Switzerland, where I worked at Radio Canal3, I later left them to create my own organization – Switzerland Most Beautiful.

Mabelle Prior (born March 17, 1976) is a Swiss Ghanaian/Togolese origin. Former broadcast journalist and producer of Women and children’s programme back in the 1990s on Ghana Broadcasting Corporation. She is popularly known as ‘Ghana’s Radio Queen’ in those days.

What’s your most memorable experience? One of my memorable experience is when I was booked to host a music festival in Ho sports stadium in Ghana in the year 2000 in the presence of 10000 people, the main musician didn’t turn up, and I was nearly killed by the angry public, it was a complete mob throwing things at me on the stage. I was frightened, I thought It was the end of my life. Luckily enough, the Mayor of the city, the District Chief Executive Captain George Nfodjo, who happens to be my uncle, sent soldiers and security men to come and protect me and take me away from the crowd. It was an experience I will never forget.

Convention and trade show displays? Trade shows are among the best and most successful face-to-face marketing strategies. Nothing replaces face-to-face marketing. That is why trade events and shows still remain to be one of the best forms of marketing. Although it can be an expensive marketing method, the returns can be incredible. As a marketer, you feel a sense of accomplishment and relief when your exhibition becomes successful.

We’ve briefly mentioned in the previous point that if you thought capturing the attention of prospects is hard in an in-person event, wait until you try it in a virtual event. That’s why it’s so important to have crafted messages that will cut through the clutter and prompt participants to read, and even engage. Consider creating “incentives” for attendees to respond to your reps’ messages or even gamifying the interactions with prizes. Prospects love to hear from people like them. Share testimonials, statistics, zingers, and facts that are unique to your brand and company. Greetings and pleasantries will not get you very far when trade show attendees are inundated with them. You could take it a step further and created customized messages per persona since the job title should be visible to you. Also, timing is everything. Make sure you have a consistent cadence throughout the day during the times when attendees are most likely paying attention, in-between sessions for example.

Choosing the right financial advisor for your needs is very important, a key element, doing so means you won’t end up paying for services you don’t need, or working with an advisor who isn’t a good fit for your financial goals. Getting a strong referral from a friend or family member can be the first step in finding the right financial advisor.

Picking an advisor who is patient and doesn’t panic is very important to success. You need a planner who is always evaluating what options are best for you, but does not divert from a well thought-out strategic plan. A good advisor should have access to a broad range of experts to meet your specific needs. A team approach will ensure that you get the professional advice you require to meet any specialized investment, wealth management, insurance or debt management objectives.

A good financial advisor will meet with you face to face, and with your significant others, regularly throughout the year. And that level of attention should continue every year of your relationship. Too many times, people meet with an advisor, develop a plan, and then simply get statements in the mail.

Jeffrey Larson and 25 Financial fit all the check boxes. Jeffrey Larson has offered guidance to high-net-worth individuals and families, helping clients acquire financial independence as well as rare alternative investment opportunities for investors seeking higher rates of return while mitigating risks. Since graduating Biola University in 2004, Jeff has been an active resource for high net worth individuals and families.

Since 2004, Jeffrey Larson is constantly exploring opportunities to achieve his clients’ goals. He regularly takes due diligence trips to meet with the executive teams that operate the investment opportunities he recommends. Additionally, Jeff invests in his team, fostering strong relationships and a culture with a common purpose. Jeff and his wife, Kim, live in St. Louis with their five kids. In addition to work, they enjoy hiking, biking, motorcycling, fishing, camping, boating, mini-golf, and just about anything else outside with friends and family.

Jeffrey Larson offers guidance to financial independence for his comprehensive clients and rare opportunities into the private equity world for those investors seeking higher rates of returns while mitigating risks. He believes the best service comes from a team of fulfilled employees and building into those who share the responsibility of delivering results to his clients. As a team, they truly enjoy “working” and are blessed to carry this responsibility.

Jeff enjoys growing and exploring new opportunities to better equip and educate his clients. The following are a few areas in which he spends his time: Team – Maintaining strong relationships with his team, fostering a worthy culture that brings a common purpose greater than themselves. Technology – Constantly exploring and investing in opportunities that achieve client’s desires. Travel – Flying around the country for due diligence trips to deeply understand, walk, touch, and meet the executive team who will be overseeing the investment opportunity for himself and his clients.

It may have occurred to you just how complex and vital ‘getting it right’ is when it comes to saving, investing, maximizing the value of your wealth and planning for a safe, comfortable retirement. If so, you’ve probably asked yourself if you should employ a financial planner or advisor. Similarly, if you’ve felt the pressure of deciding on a big investment, such as a home or education—or felt overwhelmed with the financial details after a wedding, the birth of a child, divorce, death of a spouse, or major illness—you’ve probably wondered about finding someone to advise you.

Jeff and his wife Kim met at Biola in Orange County, CA and now live in St. Louis with their five children. In addition to “work” they enjoy hiking, biking, motorcycling, fishing, camping, boating, mini-golf, and just about anything outside with friends and family. Jeff and Kim have the privilege of teaching K-3rd Sunday School. Warning to clients interested in golfing with Jeff; he likes to get his money’s worth, so his goal is to hit the ball as many times as he can! See even more info at Jeffrey Larson St. Louis.

Fees and commissions: There is no standard fee system or scale in the planning business. Some planners work only for fees, much like lawyers. Others operate entirely or almost entirely on commissions. In between are the larger number, who depend on a combination of fees and commissions. In some cases the planner might partly credit commissions against the fee to encourage the client to buy insurance or other financial products through the planner’s company. A planner who feels confident of being able to sell a high-commission product might gamble on a low fee.

We asked Jeffrey Larson to tell us a little about himself: “I have a unique approach to managing my clients wealth. I believe every portfolio needs to have a percentage allocated to “racehorse” opportunities that can bring the kind of returns to drive out-performance. I am fortunate to have creative and carefully-vetted partnerships that bring alternative investment opportunities to my clients they cannot get elsewhere. To evaluate investment opportunities, we use an extensive due diligence model, adapted from some of the top private equity firms in the industry.
